Refund & Exchange Policy

We strive to present our products with the most accurate images, descriptions, and titles. We kindly ask that you review these details carefully before placing your order. By making a purchase, you agree to our terms and policies.

Eligibility for Exchange

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day exchange policy on all products except tempered glass, phone skins, camera lens protectors, and items sold in sales or offers.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at Support@designedcase.com.
  • The product must be in its original, intact condition (as delivered).
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The protective film must remain intact.
  • You must provide the Order ID and Invoice.
  • Exchanges will only be processed if the returned product passes our quality check.
  • Items marked as "Sale" or sold under a "BOGO" offer do not qualify for exchange.

We offer a 3-day refund policy via Store Credits for all products except tempered glass, phone skins, camera lens protectors, and items sold in sales or offers.

  • Refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. Please email us at Support@designedcase.com.
  • The product must be in its original, intact condition (as delivered).
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The protective film must remain intact.
  • You must provide the Order ID and Invoice.
  • Refunds will only be processed if the returned product passes our quality check.
  • Refunds will be issued within 48-72 hours after passing the quality check.
  • For COD orders, the refund amount will be issued after deducting COD charges.
  • Items marked as "Sale" or sold under a "BOGO" offer do not qualify for refunds.

Store Credit Conditions

  • Store Credit can only be used for orders associated with your original account and cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Store Credit will be automatically applied to any purchases made on www.designedcase.com.
  • If your purchase exceeds the value of the Store Credit, you will need to provide an additional payment method to cover the balance.
  • Orders with a subtotal between Rs.399 and Rs.4999 are eligible for Cash on Delivery.

How to Check Your Balance

Store Credit balances can be viewed on your Account Page.

Expiration

Unused Store Credit expires 12 months from the date of issue.


Note:

Refunds will not be processed under the following conditions:

  • If you placed the wrong order (e.g., ordered the wrong model or product).
  • If the product is not as advertised.
  • If you purchased the product from a local store or another website.

If you receive a product in damaged condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it at Support@designedcase.com.
